Patchbay 2025 – Hilton Liverpool
Overview
In partnership with Studiocare Professionals, we transformed the Hilton Liverpool stage for the Patchbay 2025 Launch with a bold and technically refined design.
Solution
To achieve this, our team installed a 4m x 3m LED video wall, flanked by two 0.5m x 3m vertical LED towers, forming a bold and balanced stage backdrop. This setup delivered a seamless display canvas for dynamic event visuals, branding content, and live camera feeds.
A complementary lighting design enhanced the LED structure — using washes, beams, and pixel effects to bring movement and atmosphere to the space. Each lighting cue was synchronised with the screen content to maintain rhythm and flow throughout the show.
Our crew handled every element of the installation, from truss and rigging to media server configuration and show playback, ensuring perfect alignment, reliability, and visual impact.
The end result was a captivating stage environment that combined precision engineering with creative design — transforming the Hilton Liverpool into a vibrant visual experience and showcasing the collaborative strength between Vivid Collective and Studiocare.
