In collaboration with the event organisers, we were entrusted to provide a dignified and visually engaging setup for a Celebration of Life held at The New Bingley Hall. The aim was to create a calm yet impactful environment that allowed guests to come together, reflect, and celebrate cherished memories in a warm and comforting atmosphere
Solution
To achieve the right balance of respect and visual presence, our team supplied a full LED video wall setup complemented by subtle, dynamic lighting design. The display was used to showcase personalised tributes, imagery, and messages throughout the service, helping to honour the individual in a meaningful way.
Warm washes and soft beam lighting were programmed to enhance the atmosphere without overpowering the room, while synchronised cues ensured a smooth flow between visuals and music.
Our crew managed the entire technical process — from truss and rigging installation to media playback and live control — ensuring every detail was handled with care and precision. The final result created a heartfelt and immersive environment for family and friends to celebrate a life well-lived.
